Care App Solutions Ltd was set up in 2016 by founder Susan Mackie to develop solutions to improve people's lives. We added IMPACT GDPR business support to our portfolio in 2017. When GDPR came into force in May 2018. Our team had already clocked up over 40 years of combined experience in implementing and providing process support around the practical elements of data protection.
Since adding GDPR business support to our portfolio, We have helped many Large, Medium & Small businesses align GDPR with their business so that they can get on with running it.
Our team mission is to lead the way in process improvement and raising standards & we take great pride in providing quality reliable services that our customers value.
My role in the team is problem solver and I love my job!. With over 26 years’ experience in Data Privacy & Business Systems Management I have successfully developed & Implemented Software Solutions & GDPR in SME & Large Enterprises. I have worked on a number of collaborative projects across Scotland in Health & Social Care, the NHS, Oil & Gas, Construction and Retail.
My role in the team is to manage the day-to-day Operations. Having worked for many years in the Business Administration side of Health & Social care; in Central and Local government; and in Information Technology & Skills Development, I ensure our internal standards & processes continue to exceed expectations.
My role in the team is Client Care. I listen to, explore and then communicate clients’ individual requirements to Susan and the team. I have over 20 years’ experience of working with businesses in a variety of regulated environments and I get great pleasure in helping tailor an effective solution that makes a real difference.
